For a long time, Cindy’s passion for church and children’s ministry was unappreciated by an alcoholic husband who refused to recognize the spiritual benefits of ministry. Yet even in that tension, God was moving. By His grace, He brought healing and opened the door to a new chapter, a new calling as a nurse, and even a new marriage—one filled with joy, purpose, and fulfillment.
